AAHC is currently planning to develop all proposed housing communities with 100% of units certified as LIHTC units. However, AAHC seeks to provide housing to a mix of eligible households, including the low and very low income and incomes capable of paying market rent. Respondents may target occupancy subject to any income restrictions associated with the LIHTC Program and other funding sources and propose that structure to AAHC.
